The holidays season is a time when people come together to help make wishes come true. You can make a wish come true, and help transform a child's life in Southern Maine by participating in PROP's holiday Wish Book.


Last year, many local families made individual donations that, when combined with the donations of other families, helped us fulfill nearly every wish in our 2008 Wish Book. We're hoping to repeat that success, and count- ing on your generosity, to help fulfill all the wishes in this year's book.


The remarkable thing about our Wish Book is that anyone can give. Donations of any amount may be contributed to any item in the book. That way, you can make a donation that is comfortable for your family, but still be able to direct how your donor dollars are spent.

PROP operates 14 childcare centers throughout Southern Maine. Through these centers, children of low-income families receive childcare, Head Start, and Early Head Start programming. We even help connect our families with health and nutrition services, ensuring these kids grow up healthy and strong.


Every child needs a healthy start in life and PROP is there to make that happen. But, we need your help to provide our centers, and these children, with all the tools they need to learn and grow.
